Shipping & RETURNS

Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from the UK.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated. For commissions or made-to-order pieces, turnaround times will be discussed separately before work begins.

  • UK delivery times usually take 2–3 working days once shipped.

  • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

  • Prints are packaged in protective sleeves and shipped in reinforced envelopes or tubes depending on size.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of:

  • the packaging,

  • the shipping label,

  • and the damaged item.

This helps me resolve the issue with the delivery provider and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch and I will do my best to help track it down.

Returns & Refunds

  • Commissioned and personalised pieces are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within [14 days] of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Once the return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Commissions & Custom Work

  • If you are interested in commissioning a bespoke painting please email info@juliadones.com with photos of your chosen building. Visit my commissions page for further information about the process.

  • Commissioned and personalised pieces are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Before starting a commission, I will discuss the details, pricing, timeframe, and any deposit required.

  • Reasonable revisions can usually be made during the process, but significant changes after work has started may incur additional costs.

  • All artwork, images, and content on this website remain my intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

  • Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
